Musical producer and guitarist Asi Ayalon is an outstanding adapter and musician, acknowledged for his unique style. Collaborating with major artists, Asi Ayalon produced some of the most successful albums released in Israel in the past decade. Asi Ayalon’s private studio “Afrokaliptus” is situated in a beautiful countryside resort. The studio is known for It’s unique “fingerprint” and sound. Ayalon began his musical career in the 90s as a guitarist and producer of the the legendary reggae group “Roots Africa”. The group was a local sensation and recorded it’s debut album in London in 1997. In 2000 he started a long term collaboration with Mosh Ben-Ari, the leading vocalist of “Sheva” (an Israeli group that achieved great international success). Ayalon musically produced three of Ben-Ari’s Albums: “Derech” (2003) “Masa Umatan” (2006) “Enshom” (2009) all of which included major radio hits and topped sales. This collaboration led Ben-Ari to become one of the most successful artists in Israel today. In 2007 he discovered young artist Alma Zohar. Zohar’s first album “Dabri” was released in 2008 and sold double gold within few months. The album was voted “album of the year 2008″ and won Zohar the title “Singer of the year”. Asi Ayalon won the “Acum” award (the Israeli “grammy”) for the musical production of this album. Over the years Ayalon collaborated with many other artists, producing albums and live shows, amongst which were Beit Haboobot, Hatikva 6, Meir Banay, Ariel Horowitz, Amir Paiss (Australia), Michael Greilsammer (France), Lauren Hoffman (USA) and many more.
